Banana Wheat Muffins

Very easy to make and delicious!
  • 1 ⅓ cups flour
  • ⅔ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup ripe banana, mashed, 2-3 medium

In a large bowl, combine flours, baking soda and salt. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and bananas; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cook for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.
