Monkey Bread

Watch out – it’s impossible to stop stealing pieces of this treat when it comes out of the oven!
  • 3 tubes buttermilk biscuits
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ sticks butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Mix sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon. Roll each fourth of biscuit in sugar mixture and drop in greased bundt pan. Boil butter, brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon 2-3 minutes. Pour over pieces in bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes before edging around pan with knife. Turn upside on plate.
